Grand Kino is a mixed-use development that is located on one of the main avenues of the city. The project is divided in commerce, underground parking and offices with semi-basement, with a program that includes 42 commercial spaces, 7 restaurants and 70 offices.

The building is attractive for pedestrians thanks to the shopping plaza that opens up completely to the city. The architecture was oriented to the North and South, opening the façades to those views, and protecting themselves in east and west sides due to the heat of the zone.

The development stands out for its friendly way of adapting to the topography. Its architecture offers consumers the best quality spaces, as well as adequate accessibility for people with disabilities. The project is focused on meeting the needs of commercial and corporate services in the area, generating an atmosphere of social coexistence in a warm and sophisticated environment.

The architecture of the project conveys a contemporary language, which has very enriching and pleasant views, both for the users and their environment. In the same way, it defines positive urban details, creating complete architectural spaces, both for tenants as well as for visitors.
