We have recently had the opportunity to be published in ADHOC Magazine, where the projects of OCEANA, Ethérea and Pedregal are presented.
In this edition, it is stated that the development of northern Mexico is increasingly dynamic and accelerated, placing itself in the first places of the competitiveness index in the country, the conditions for establishing industries make cities attractive for investment, this is evident with the announcement of the Tesla gigafactory in Santa Catarina in Monterrey Nuevo Leon. Likewise, architectural development evolves by leaps and bounds, turning Monterrey into one of the most modern cities in Mexico, as well as being a leader in vertical developments.
In this edition we will appreciate interesting projects that stand out for their innovation in a journey through elegance, luxury, functionality and cult in contemporary architecture. On the cover, we have the impressive OCEANA, a masterpiece by rdlp Arquitectos, this mixed-use condo-hotel, located in Playa del Carmen, combines commercial, hospitality and multi-family activity in a design that integrates perfectly with the vibrant atmosphere of the Riviera Maya.
