HOTEL CACAO
It is located in Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo. The hotel is conceived around Mexican culture and its aesthetic values, which translate into a concept of innovation where the central courtyard serves as the heart of the complex, which stands out for its special details regarding geometry and the use of natural materials. One of the challenges was to create a vibrant atmosphere for tenants, tourists, and pedestrians abroad, without losing the tranquility and of the guest privacy. Parasols were placed in the corridors to repel the noise generated in the area. Ventilation was very important to create a fresh environment naturally.
