Estadia is a mixed-use compound, which includes vertical housing and retail, and has an important proximity to some of the main green icons of the city: Cerro de la Silla and Bosque la Pastora. Also, the BBVA Bancomer stadium is also nearby, which is reason the project gets its name.

This 39,735 m2 construction project consists of 4 apartment towers that house 272 apartments. With an intention to be a reference, the image of the facade in 2 of the towers has 12 levels in white tone and gives an appearance of verticality in proportion to its large base, the other 2 have 9 levels with a more horizontal configuration and a different architectural language in configuration and materiality. The 4 towers rest on a two-level parking block that houses service areas, both maintenance and administration, as well as 362 housing parking spaces. The project also has a commercial strip with 19 stores and 111 parking spaces for retail and visitors in general.

For its construction, the project is divided into 3 phases. The first phase consists of a 12-level tower and a third of the two 9-level towers. The second phase consists of another third of these two 9-level towers. The third and final phase consists of the same volume as the first, being a "mirror" of it.

The two 12-level towers have an emergency staircase and 2 elevator cores, while the other two 9-level towers have 2 elevator cores respectively that divide these horizontal volumes into 3 equal parts on the facade. The stairs in these last towers are projected outside, parallel to the corridor.

The apartments units are divided into 3 types and all have at least 2 of their faces with views to the outside, as well as an open social area where living room and dining room is located, always having a connection to the kitchen and a laundry area. The differences between the apartment typologies could be identified according to the number of bedrooms: apartment A has 65 m2; apartment B has 75 m2; apartment C with 91 m2.

The first levels of the two towers of 12 levels have interior amenities such as: a gym, a lounge, an event room and a gaming room. As a main part of the design scheme, a promenade with exterior amenities for the 4 towers of the project was designed on the first level of the towers
