Koloria is a multifamily building project located on Avenida Bernardo Quintana, in the South Center of the city of Santiago de Querétaro, in the State of Querétaro. The project has a construction of 72,420.00 m2 with 376 apartments housed in four towers that rest on a plaza with outdoor and indoor amenities giving the best views of the city of Querétaro.

It has a parking building with 800 parking spaces for its residents. The intention of the project is to create an environment of social and family coexistence, in a green and sustainable environment where you can carry out your recreational activities without having to leave home.

The architecture of this project is contemporary and has in itself pleasant views both for the inner user as well as for visitors or pedestrians in the distance, defining a positive urban detail.

The esplanade contains large garden areas with endemic species of trees and plants, along with plants rescued from the original site.
