Plaza Grow is located in the district north of Monterrey where there is currently growing residential housing development. Due to the fast expansion of the area, green and public spaces, are almost null, so one of Grow's main points is to generate public spaces and meeting points, unifying the concepts of city and circulation.

The project scheme is based on the structure of an ideal city, which analyzed an urban approach that reflects the contrast to the current scheme of the city and its lack of green areas and public spaces.

The process led to consider the roman urban layout, where the routes are alleys ending in wide public squares that have active dynamics.

Within the circulation scheme of the commercial layout two types of flows were defined: a closed path system and another one of entrance and exit, conveying freedom and allowing the visitor to be able to cross the space in different ways, such as the experience of discover the city in a day to day basis.
