Santa Catarina is a mixed-use master plan located in the municipality of Santa Catarina, Nuevo León. The project aims to create a social and family-friendly environment within a green setting, featuring open and pleasant spaces for recreational activities.

The master plan is divided into three uses: residential, office, and mixed-use commercial. Similarly, the urban design incorporates two main thoroughfares that run north-south through the development.
