TBV is a multi-family complex with 4 blocks and 18 units with a commercial strip. A scheme of amenities and apartment views are oriented towards north - south. One of the main intentions was to propose a connection between the property and the adjacent green area without losing privacy and security, promoting a separation of activities without losing connectivity.

The access proposal is presented as a control point operated by a single security booth, which serves as a visual point of reference. It was decided to define a gradual retraction at the frontal fence that would soften the visual and urban impact of the whole complex with its immediate context. For the underground parking, it was considered to separate visitors, commerce and residents.
