Empiria is a mixed-use compound that is located within Almanara Paseo Comercial in the city of Torreon in the state of Coahuila, a city with an accelerated growth rate nowadays. The complex has access from the main avenues.

The project is meant to create a built environment that gets the most out of the views of its context, in addition to having the greatest flexibility and connectivity with the rest of Almanara’s master plan. In the same way, to have efficient access to underground parking and vehicular traffic are complemented by spaces intended for motor lobby, ridges and service areas.

The project consists of 2 towers of 90 departments, divided into 45 units per tower. The amenities program offers a gourmet area, game room, cinema room, gym, playroom and pool. Underground parking is consigned to the towers. On the other hand, the parking spots for visitors and for commercial use are considered outside Empiria in Almanara Paseo Comercial.

The project is proposed as two volumes of housing over a commercial base, which is intended to enhance communication with the commercial promenade, and in the same way to attract visitors from outside.

As part of the proposal, the amenities are located on N2, with the aim of offering recreational areas, social interaction and a meeting point, these elements are integral part of the project experience.
