Project in design process located in the state of Nayarit in the city of Nuevo Vallarta. LUMA unifies the existing proposal of two towers, adding three different phases.

Each phase consists of a new tower, together with a landscaping intervention to the center of the complex as a part of the urbanistic solution of the complex that combines the towers in a single element dedicated to the recreation of the residents.

The project is based on the user's experience, which is clearly represented by a transversal axis along the site, which ends at the coast of Vallarta. The central axis represents the main meeting point of the project which is made up of several amenities such as swimming pools, gardens, fire pits, outdoor theaters, among others.
