The building is located on Ave. Lazaro Cardenas, in the municipality of San Pedro Garza Garcia. The original intention of the project was to create an emblematic project, a reference of local architecture that would combine the architectural design with an optimal efficiency in the use of the internal space.

The orientation was compromised, so it was necessary to create a multifunctional skin that works as a support structure, lattice and façade, while protecting the interior from the solar impact.

The process for the generation of the volume was through an iterative parametric process that explores different possibilities in openings and geometry, adapting to the particular characteristics of the context and the project.

Towards the outside, a plaza was designed as a public space, which serves as an access and meeting spot, providing users with recreational areas. On the ground floor, the lobby maintains the language of the exterior, establishing a continuity in aesthetics, and in the same way links together all the walking paths.

Due to the external structure, flexibility for interior distribution is promoted through a free column layout, allowing users to customize and adapt workspaces according to their specific needs.
