Azuria is a complex part of Via Cordillera, a master plan that concentrates integral spaces, functionality, and sustainability, within the concept known as “Intelligent Urbanism”. The compound is in the municipality of Santa Catarina, in Valle Poniente, it has Av. Alfonso Reyes is its axis, which is extended until it meets Av. Morones Prieto. This allows the area to be highly accessible and connected to the Metropolitan Area of Monterrey.
The project comprises four towers, divided into two towers per lot, with an inner street between each lot. The basement parking levels of the four towers connect them. The four towers have 138 apartments.
The towers are each connected by a vertical core with 1 freight elevator and 1 passenger elevator, as well as their respective emergency staircase that offers complete communication from the lowest basement to the top floor.
The commercial spaces are set on Av. Alfonso Reyes on a single level at street level. The proposal has 1 floor of commercial parking and 5 basement floors of residential parking with independent accesses that are interconnected by half-levels. The complex has the following amenities: a swimming pool, catering, a game room, a tool library, a sports bar, a playroom, a co-work, 2 lobbies, an outdoor park, and grill areas allocated in the 4 towers of the complex.
The aim of the project is to generate an environment of social and family coexistence, in a green and pleasant atmosphere where recreational and leisure activities can be carried out, following the guiding concept of Via Cordillera.
The commercial concept is highlighted in the idea of creating different experiences and value proposals. In the same way, the target is to create flexible spaces with the capacity to adapt to other uses and evolve according to the preferences of consumers.
